Cordoba University inaugurated the College of Dentistry laboratories, designed according to the latest international standards. The opening ceremony was attended by the university president, Professor Wissam Salah Abdul-Hussein; the dean of the College of Dentistry, Assistant Professor Dr. Mu’ayyad Fadhel Zwain; and Dr. Ahmed Al-Kazemi, director of the Martyr Nasser Specialized Center in Najaf. The event also included faculty and administrative staff and a number of college students.

During the opening ceremony, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kazemi praised the modern specifications of the new laboratories and the great efforts made by the university in completing this advanced project. He emphasized that this step represents a qualitative leap in medical education and keeps pace with the demands of the labor market.

Dr. Al-Kazemi also conducted a field tour of the laboratories, conference hall, and classrooms, where he was briefed on the modern equipment used in the educational process. He commended the efforts made to equip the halls and laboratories according to the highest international standards.

During the visit, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kazemi presented a shield of appreciation to the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Mu’ayyad Fadhel Zouin, on his assumption of the position of Dean of the College. He expressed his wishes for his success in developing the academic and scientific work at the College.

At the conclusion of the visit, the University President expressed his thanks and appreciation to Dr. Ahmed Al-Kazemi for his presence and participation in the opening of the laboratories, praising his support and scientific cooperation. Dr. Al-Kazemi expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Presidency of the University of Cordoba for the kind invitation and warm welcome, appreciating the university’s progress in infrastructure and educational laboratories.
