A lecturer from the University of Cordoba participated in a ministerial workshop on empowering women academics.

Professor Aqeel Mazar Nima Al-Athari, a lecturer at the University of Cordoba, participated in a training workshop titled “The Role of Soft Skills in Building Academic Personality.” The workshop was held by the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Department in the Office of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as part of the ministerial program for developing academic capabilities.

The workshop targeted a number of academics from public and private universities and colleges, focusing on empowering women academics and developing their soft skills, which contributes to enhancing their academic and professional presence.

This participation comes within the framework of the University of Cordoba’s commitment to supporting its academic staff in various ministerial programs and activities aimed at developing the educational and research environment.
