The Presidency of the University of Cordoba welcomes first-year students for the academic year 2025–2026

The University of Cordoba welcomed its first-year students for the 2025-2026 academic year. University President Professor Dr. Wissam Salam Abdul Hussein and Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs Professor Dr. Firas Kasoub Rashid greeted the students, along with deans of faculties, heads of academic departments, and several members of the teaching and administrative staff. Students’ families were also present and presented them with bouquets of flowers.

The University President delivered a welcoming address, congratulating the students on their acceptance and wishing them a successful academic journey. He emphasized the university’s commitment to providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment that fosters creativity and excellence. The Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs delivered a welcoming address, expressing his pleasure at receiving the new students and wishing them success and excellence in their university studies.

For their part, the students and their families expressed their immense happiness with the positive atmosphere and warm welcome, affirming that this initiative had left a positive impression on them as they embarked on their university journey.
