The Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Cordoba University, Assistant Professor Dr. Muayad Fadhil Zwain, visited Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, the capital of Iran.
He was received by Professor Dr. Zahra Ghorbani, Head of the Department of Oral Health, and Dr. Kazem Dalaei, Head of the Department of Orthodontics. During the visit, he toured the departments and laboratories of the Faculty of Dentistry and learned about its advanced scientific and research capabilities.
Assistant Professor Dr. Muayad Fadhil Zwain also held a meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Beheshti University, Professor Dr. Asghar Abadi Far, in the presence of the Head of the Department of International Relations, Professor Dr. Fariborz Faighi. The meeting focused on exploring avenues for scientific and academic cooperation between the two universities, aiming to facilitate the exchange of expertise and the development of educational and research programs, culminating in the signing of a memorandum of understanding and joint cooperation. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Beheshti University presented the university’s shield to the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Cordoba University, expressing the depth of the academic relationship between the two institutions.
On the sidelines of the visit, Assistant Professor Dr. Muayad Fadhil Zwain participated in the 15th International Conference on Implant Dentistry held in Tehran, in response to an official invitation, reaffirming the university’s commitment to its mission.
