The University of Cordoba received a delegation from the Planning and Information Department/Faculty and Staff Data Division of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This specialized committee is tasked with verifying the academic backgrounds of faculty members working in private universities and ensuring their qualifications align with the colleges and departments where they teach.

The delegation was welcomed by the President of the University of Cordoba, Professor Dr. Wissam Salah Abdul Hussein, who emphasized the university’s commitment to full cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education in all auditing and follow-up procedures. The President also presented the necessary documents and supporting paperwork for the faculty, reflecting the university’s adherence to established academic standards and its commitment to ensuring quality education.

This visit is part of the Ministry’s efforts to enhance academic transparency and improve the efficiency of private educational institutions in Iraq.
