The University of Cordoba receives the Citizens’ Affairs Committee from the Office of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The Presidency of the University of Cordoba received a committee from the Office of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Citizens’ Affairs Office. This visit is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to enhance communication with citizens and ensure the quality of services provided at universities.

During the visit, the committee reviewed the university’s mechanisms for receiving citizen requests and complaints. They also reviewed the workflow of the Citizens’ Affairs Division, the mechanism for dealing with clients, and the procedures followed for processing requests to ensure accuracy, transparency, and speedy completion.

The Presidency of the University of Cordoba commended the visit, emphasizing that it reflects the Ministry’s commitment to directly monitoring citizen affairs and strengthening cooperation between higher education institutions. This contributes to the development of administrative and academic work and ensures the provision of an integrated university environment to serve students and clients.
