Prepare graduates with strong scientific foundations and advanced research and technical skills. Continuously develop academic programs in line with the latest advances in basic and applied sciences. Promote scientific research, innovation, and knowledge dissemination to address scientific and societal challenges. Encourage the effective use of modern technologies in education and research. Develop students' critical thinking, analytical abilities, creativity, teamwork, and lifelong learning skills. Strengthen academic and research collaboration with universities, research centers, and scientific institutions nationally and internationally. Serve the community through scientific consultation, research initiatives, and educational outreach programs.
