The College of Health and Medical Technologies at the University of Cordoba Organizes Two Scientific Lectures and Honors Professor Dr. Thamer Ahmed Hamdan
Under the auspices of the University of Cordoba's presidency, the College of Health and Medical Technologies, in cooperation with the Iraqi Laser Scientists Association, organized a specialized scientific lecture. The event was attended by the university president, deans of colleges, heads of departments, and a large number of students.
The university president received Professor Dr. Thamer Ahmed Hamdan, a consultant in orthopedic surgery, and his accompanying delegation in his office. During the meeting, they discussed prospects for scientific cooperation and the exchange of expertise to enhance the academic process.
Dr. Thamer Ahmed Hamdan delivered two scientific lectures. The first addressed the topic of "Low Energy Therapeutic Lasers," reviewing their most prominent applications in the medical field and their role in accelerating healing and reducing pain. The second lecture, titled "Medical Errors," discussed the most important causes of errors and ways to reduce them, emphasizing adherence to professional standards to ensure patient safety. The two lectures witnessed remarkable interaction from the audience through interventions and questions that enriched the scientific discussion. At the conclusion of the event, the President of the University of Cordoba presented the university's shield to Professor Dr. Thamer Ahmed Hamdan in appreciation of his scientific efforts and his valuable contribution to the success of this event.
