An authenticated Iraqi secondary-school certificate or equivalent and its verification QR code are required, with the accepted inputs for each discipline. This page uses Cordoba’s advertised departments and thresholds; the Ministry’s general tables do not imply that every discipline is offered at Cordoba.

Pass the medical examination required for your study. The guide specifies CBC or Hb-Electrophori’s testing at specialist centres. If unfit for the registered course, the Directorate of Private University Education is contacted to review admission and adjust registration to medical fitness. Results may be appealed to the Ministry of Health appeals committee through the admitting or registering institution.

Admission is cancelled if the student does not register within 10 working days after selection results are announced and registration begins, or if any general or specific admission requirement is unmet. Visit the university and submit documents within the specified period.

The general deadline is 26 April 2027. The guide provides for cancellation for failure to submit the original after the deadline, with at least three notices, 15–30 days apart, posted on the noticeboard. For Kurdistan Region students, it specifies 23 May 2027 for secondary-school documents.

Incorrect, forged or altered information or documents lead to cancellation, referral to the Ministry and legal action, even in advanced years or after graduation.

A student whose private-university enrolment was terminated may reapply under the 2026-2027 requirements and competitive selection, unless termination was for cheating or disciplinary penalties. Simultaneous enrolment in two courses is prohibited and results in cancellation under the evening-study rules. Previously admitted students changing department must meet morning-study conditions, end the former enrolment and start the first year upon new admission.

Seats cannot be reserved or provisional admission granted outside the Ministry system. Tuition is collected only after admission compliance is checked and study has formally commenced. The guide specifies five working days for applications from the release of forms; follow the official release announcement for the starting date.

Special channels have separate documents, approvals and requirements. The helper compares the entered average only with Cordoba’s advertised thresholds. It does not calculate channel entitlements, selection bonuses or the guide’s rounding rule (fractions of 0.5 or above), or check age, fitness or documents.
