College of Pharmacy Holds Workshop on Performance Evaluation Forms for Faculty and Staff

Under the auspices of the President of Al-Qurtuba University and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, the College of Pharmacy, in cooperation with the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at the University Presidency, organized a workshop entitled: "Explanation of Performance Evaluation Forms for Faculty and Staff". 
The workshop aimed to clarify the mechanisms and requirements of performance evaluation forms, and to enhance the understanding of faculty members and staff regarding evaluation criteria and performance documentation mechanisms in accordance with quality assurance requirements.

This workshop comes as part of the efforts of the College of Pharmacy at Al-Qurtuba University to promote a culture of quality and elevate academic and administrative performance in line with continuous improvement requirements.
