Cordoba University Holds a Scientific Seminar on Radiation Therapy

Under the patronage of the President of Cordoba University and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, the Department of Medical Physics held a scientific seminar on Sunday, October 4, 2026, entitled “From Diagnosis to Treatment,” delivered by the Head of the Department, Mr. Ali Hatif Al-Akaishi.
The seminar addressed the fundamental stages of radiation therapy and the role of medical physics in treatment planning and ensuring the accuracy of radiation doses, with the aim of enhancing students’ scientific knowledge and linking theoretical concepts with practical applications.
