Dean of the College of Sciences at the University of Cordoba Participates in Research Discussion for Promotion to Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ali Mahdi Kadhim, Dean of the College of Sciences at the University of Cordoba, participated as a member of the committee discussing the promotion research entitled “Iraqi Foreign Policy towards the United States of America: Between Strategic Partnership and Regional Balance,” submitted by Counselor Saad Kambash, for the purpose of promotion to the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The discussion was attended by a number of academics and specialists in the field of international relations and foreign policy. The research addressed the most prominent features of Iraqi foreign policy towards the United States of America and the mechanisms for achieving regional balance in line with Iraqi national interests and current international challenges. Dr. Ali Mahdi Kadhim’s participation in this academic discussion affirms the presence of the University of Cordoba’s academic expertise in scientific and research forums and its contribution to supporting specialized studies that serve Iraqi state institutions.
