The Vice President for Scientific Affairs Holds an Extensive Meeting to Discuss Preparations for Final Exams
The Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Khalid Shayaa Khairallah, held an extensive meeting with deans and department heads to discuss preparations for the final exams for the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year (first session). This meeting was held to ensure the success and smooth conduct of the examination process according to the highest academic standards.
The meeting emphasized adherence to the university's approved exam start and end dates, as per the academic calendar. The meeting also addressed the organization of examination halls through the preparation of a seating chart that ensures smooth flow and appropriate social distancing between students.
The Vice President stressed the importance of expediting the grading process and announcing results within the specified timeframes, while maintaining accuracy and transparency in recording grades.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the importance of strengthening cooperation between deanships, academic departments, and examination committees to overcome obstacles and adhere to applicable ministerial and university regulations was emphasized. This will guarantee the success of the examination process and ensure a well-organized and secure academic environment.
